Select an existing Team<\/p>\n<p>2. Select a Channel inside a Team<\/p>\n<p>3. Manage settings, add channels and make changes to the Team<\/p>\n<p>4. Add more tabs and apps to the Channel<\/p>\n<p>5. Start a video call, audio call, or screen sharing session<\/p>\n<p>4. Add more tabs and apps that you and that person use frequently<\/p>\n<p>5. It is similar to how you use your phone: contact list, voicemails, the works. Here\u2019s a quick list of what you do:<\/p>\n<p>1. Add contacts to your contact list<\/p>\n<p>2. Start a chat, email, audio call, or video call your selected contact<\/p>\n<p>3. It\u2019s a mix of mentions, reactions, calls, voicemails, and other events happening inside Microsoft Teams that are related to you. Here\u2019s a quick list of Activity functionality:<\/p>\n<p>1. Filter out events inside your Feed<\/p>\n<p>2. Switch to My Activity \u2013 to see what you have done inside Teams<\/p>\n<p>3. If you work in multiple organizations, you can use the same account to switch to a different Microsoft Teams environment.<\/p>\n<p>The search bar is very flexible and allows you to search for messages, people, and files. Click on this to open Profile and Settings<\/p>\n<p>3. Switch organizations if you have more than one<\/p>\n<p>4. Set your status<\/p>\n<p>5. Privacy \u2013 Manage priority contacts for DND (do not disturb) exemptions, read receipts<\/p>\n<p>3. Notifications \u2013 Manage notifications to Teams events<\/p>\n<p>4. Devices \u2013 Manage audio devices and the camera<\/p>\n<p>5. Permissions \u2013 allow access to components in your device (e.g. location, camera, microphone, speakers)<\/p>\n<p>6. It is not a fully functional teams website but it is enough to give you a good idea on how working with Teams would feel like.
