style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>STEP 1:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0You can <strong>move the QAT below or above the ribbon<\/strong> by right-clicking on the QAT and making the selection <em><strong>Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Quick Access Toolbar\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14056\" style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>STEP 2:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0You can also <strong>add your favorite commands to the QAT<\/strong> by right-clicking on your favorite command in the ribbon and selecting <em>Add to Quick Access Toolbar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>For our example, let us right-click on Bold and select <em><strong>Add to Quick Access Toolbar<\/strong><\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>STEP 3:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Finally, you can <strong>call your QAT commands<\/strong> by pressing the <em>ALT<\/em> key on your keyboard and then pressing the number (e.g. 1,2,3 etc) that appears at the bottom of that command.<\/p>\n<p>In our example, you can use <strong>ALT + 4<\/strong> to call the Bold command.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
