Subtotal Feature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Excel\u00b4s Subtotal feature is a great way to automatically\u00a0insert\u00a0a <em>Sum\/Count\/Average\/Max\/Min<\/em> subtotal to your data set with a press of a button.<\/p>\n<p>This feature is located under\u00a0the Excel Data tools menu: <em>Data &gt; Subtotal<\/em><strong><em>. \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>To insert this feature you need to follow these quick steps:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>STEP 1:<\/strong> <\/span>Highlight your data and go to <strong><em>Data &gt; Subtotal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img #ff0000;\"><strong>STEP 7:<\/strong><\/span> <strong>If you want to change the Subtotal<\/strong> (say from a Sum to an Average) all you have to do is click in your data and go to<em> Data &gt; Subtotal<\/em> and it will bring up the Subtotal dialogue box once again. \u00a0Under\u00a0<em>Use function<\/em> select <em>Average<\/em> and press <em>OK<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
