Cycle Charts in Excel are easy to create using the Smart Art feature.<\/p>\n

There are several cycle process charts to choose from, some have arrows, like the Basic Cycle<\/strong>, and others show the relationship to a central idea, like the Radial Cycle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Here is how you insert a Radial Cycle:<\/p>\n

STEP 1:<\/strong><\/span> Click on Insert > Smart Art > Cycle\u00a0> Radial Cycle<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/strong><\/span> Enter the cycle title\u00a0by clicking on a shape<\/strong><\/p>\n

STEP 3:<\/strong><\/span> To enter a new cycle<\/strong>, you need to click on a shape and select SmartArt Tools > Design > Add Shape<\/em> (You can also right click on the shape and choose this option)<\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0To move the cycle\u00a0upwards\u00a0or downwards<\/strong>, you need to click on a shape and select SmartArt Tools > Design >\u00a0Move Up or Move Down<\/em><\/p>\n

STEP 5:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0To change the cycle\u00a0from right to left<\/strong>, you need to click on a shape and select SmartArt Tools > Design >\u00a0Right to Left<\/em><\/p>\n

STEP 6:<\/strong><\/span> To change the color of the cycle,<\/strong> you need to click on a shape and select SmartArt Tools > Design >\u00a0Change Colors<\/em><\/p>\n

STEP 7:<\/strong><\/span> Under\u00a0SmartArt Tools > Design >\u00a0SmartArt Styles drop down<\/em> you can change the style of your cycle<\/strong><\/p>\n
