When you need to print out your Pivot Table<\/a>, Excel has you covered<\/strong> when it comes to how you want to print it out. There are levels of customization<\/strong> such as being able to set how you want pagination<\/strong> to happen!<\/p>\n

Here is our Pivot Table that we want to print on 2 separate pages. Say for page 1<\/strong>, we want the years 2012 and 2013<\/strong>, then on page 2<\/strong>, we are going to show the year 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

STEP 1:<\/strong><\/span> Let us select the entire Pivot Table. Go to\u00a0PivotTable Analyze > Actions > Select > Entire PivotTable<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/strong><\/span> Go to\u00a0Page Layout > Page Setup > Print Area > Set Print Area<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Our print area based on our Pivot Table is now set.<\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

STEP 3:<\/strong><\/span> Select the 2014 row then go to\u00a0Page Layout > Page Setup > Breaks > Insert Page Break<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/strong><\/span> Now with our page break all set, go to\u00a0PivotTable Analyze > PivotTable > Options<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We will make sure that the row labels are shown on every printed page<\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0Printing\u00a0<\/strong>and check\u00a0Repeat row labels on each printed page.\u00a0<\/strong>Click OK<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Print<\/p>\n

STEP 5:<\/strong><\/span> Go to\u00a0File > Print<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You can now see the first page showing the years 2012 and 2013! Click on the next page.<\/p>\n

On the second page, you will see the year 2014 because that is where we placed the page break<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
