All of this information are being recorded inside Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>This information can<strong> only be viewed by someone with admin<\/strong> or<strong> user access to this information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>So, the admin has access to reports which can have details &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chats<\/strong> &#8211; access to all chats, replies, and the total number of messages<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone calls<\/strong> &#8211; Who you have called, length of phone calls, IP addresses, cost of calls<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video calls<\/strong> &#8211; Time spent in meetings, screen sharing time, and video call participants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overall Report<\/strong> &#8211; Last activity of the users in Microsoft teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong><a id=\"3\"><\/a>What activity outside of Teams can be tracked?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Admin access is <strong>not restricted to information inside of Teams<\/strong>, they can even get information outside of Teams.<\/p>\n<p>Admin has access to search through all <strong>OneDrive files<\/strong>, <strong>SharePoint files<\/strong>, <strong>Microsoft exchange emails<\/strong>, <strong>calendars<\/strong>, and even the user\u2019s<strong> skype activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Admin has the ability to <strong>run global reports<\/strong> and <strong>keep track of the overall activity<\/strong> of an employee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you ever wondered what Microsoft Teams can track about you, this article is for you.
