You can<strong> open multiple windows<\/strong> in a meeting but <strong>only the one selected will be visible<\/strong> to other participants.<\/p>\n<p>If you select to share a window option, then you will be <strong>asked to select any one window from the list of your open windows<\/strong>, which you want to share with your teammates. This is because Microsoft Teams may consider a pop-up window as part of the Excel window or as a separate window altogether,<\/p>\n<p>If you <strong>right-click<\/strong> on a cell and go to <strong>Format Cells,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myexcelonline.com\/meo-staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Share-Screen-in-Teams-6.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
