Conditional Formatting &gt;\u00a0Manage Rules &gt; Edit Rule<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>STEP 4:<\/strong><\/span> Inside the <strong>Edit Formatting Rule<\/strong> box you need to make the following changes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Value<\/strong> = 0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type<\/strong> = Number<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Check&#8221;
