Using Text to Columns<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Excel’s Text to Columns<\/strong> is a built-in tool that can quickly split names based on a chosen delimiter, such as a space or a comma. To use this feature, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Open your spreadsheet<\/a> and select the cells in the column containing the full names that you want to split.<\/p>\n
