How to Correct Spelling in Excel

 

You have a lot of typos in your spreadsheet, and don’t even know where to start… Proofreading is essential, but can be a pain at times!

You can correct spelling in Excel very easily! And Excel even goes through the trouble of making spelling suggestions for you!

STEP 1: Go to Review > Proofing > Spelling

 

STEP 2: You can see the spelling correction suggestions for how and today.

Click Change for the spelling correction to be applied:

And the Excel magic has taken effect! Your spelling errors are now all fixed!
