  • Open Teams in the desktop version

  • Click on three dots > Settings

  •  Click on
    • Calls ring me – To let your laptop ring when you receive a call in Teams

    • Forward my calls – To  forward your call directly to voicemail

  • If the calls remain unanswered, click on the dropdown to select either –
    • Do Nothing
    • Send to Voicemail

  • To set how long the call will ring before getting forwarded to voicemail, go to Ring for this many seconds before redirecting
    • Select the number of seconds from the dropdown
